2008-2009 1st Division Championship and promotion to Korisliiga (28-7) Eurobasket.com Coach of the Year
2010-2011 1st Division Championship and promotion to Korisliiga (24-9) Eurobasket.com Coach of the Year
2011-2012 Korisliiga Champions in teams first season ever of existence. (37-15) Finnish League Coach of the Year and Eurobasket.com Coach of the Year
2012-2013 Regular season and Korisliiga Champions. (44-12) Eurobasket.com Coach of the Year. First non-Finn to receive Western Finland All Sports Coach of the Year.
2013-2014 Korisliiga Bronze medal. Second highest regular season win total in Korisliiga history. (37-7) Key EuroCup wins against Neptunas, (LIT) Spartak x2, (RUS) Panionios, (GRE) and Radnicki (SRB) even with lowest team budget in all of EuroCup.
2014-2015 Korisliiga Silver medal. Success in teams first season in VTB League despite having the lowest team budget in league and playing the most regular season games in Europe. (70) Signature VTB League win vs European powerhouse Lokomotiv (RUS) December, 2014. Also holding EuroLeague finalists CSKA to a season low seven points in a quarter. (18.1.15)
2015-2016 Huge success in both the Finnish Korisliiga and VTB League until February 1, 2016 when Bisons GM announced to team of financial difficulties. As a result, the Bisons top 6 players left to other teams throughout Europe. At that time the Bisons were in second place in the Korisliiga and tied for seventh spot in the VTB League. Season highlights include defeating EuroLeague Final 4 team Lokomotiv (25.10.15) and scoring a season high 50 points in one half against Euro League Champions CSKA. (17.1.16)
2016-2017 Korisliiga Champions (36-15) Key wins in the Champions League against Pinar Karsiyaka (TUR), LeMans (FRA), Avtodor (RUS), Khimik (UKR) and Macabi Rishon (ISR) despite having the lowest team budget in the whole competition.
2017-2018 Key wins in Champions League Qualifier against ACB League (SPA) team Joventut. Europe Cup wins against Mornar Bar (MNE), FC Porto (POR) and Kapfenburg (AUT).
2022-2023 Number 1 ranked defense in the regular season.

Held numerous school records upon graduation including most points in career (1801), most points in a single game (45), most field goals in a season (236), most minutes played in a season (1,139), most consecutive starts (59) and highest career scoring average (19.9ppg).
1995 NSW State League Championship with Parramatta Wildcats (AUS). First championship in club’s 37 year history.
1992-2001- Played professionally in Australia, Malaysia and Finland. Two League MVP awards with Paramatta Wildcats (1994 and 1995). Led Australian CBA in 3-point percentage (48.8%) with Penrith Panthers in 1997.
